NTO3+M IS DESIGNED WITH A PERIMETER BRACE RING THAT ENHANCES THE WHEEL STRENGTH SO ITS ABLE TO RESIST DEFORMATION OR DISTORTION FROM OUTER FORCES, CREATING HIGHLY ACCURATE STEERING RESPONSE AND STRENGTH.
THE NTO3+M ALSO FEATURES A RACING TWIN VALVE DESIGN WHICH ALLOWS FOR ACCURATE MONITORING WHILE ADJUSTING THE PRESSURE. ALL WHEEL WEIGHTS ARE ESTIMATED.

SC PROCESS
Improves the hardness of the disc surface, eliminating stress received while the vehicle is in motion. this process make s the wheels lighter and stronger enabling you to accelerate faster, drive smoothly and brake efficiently. Fatigue strength is improved by 20% to 30%.

MAT FORMED
Following the high performance trend every year, tires and wheels are getting larger year after year. In order to reduce weight under a vehicle's suspension, it is important to reduce the wheel weight. The M.A.T process improves the mechanical property of the rim section by shaving the rim's thickness and therefore reducing wheel weight by 10% to 15% therefore reducing the overall vehicle weight by 20 lbs.

MAT MICRO STRUCTURE
The M.A.T process, has a drastic impact on the micro structure of aluminum and result In outstanding improvement of the mechanical property of the material. The process of spinning the rim allows Metal Flow in the rim part, which resemble the property obtained from forging process. The control of the metal flow in the rim section result in finer molecular structure without sacrificing the wheels strength and rigidity.

RIM-ROLLED FORGED TECHNOLOGY
Enkei developed a new manufacturing process to produce the next aluminum wheel generation. The Most Advanced Technology (M.A.T) combines one-piece cast wheel technology with a rim forming technology called spinning process. Using this new technology of casting and rim forming by M.A.T process, is critical to improve drastically the material property and strength of the wheels. Rim-Rolled technology shapes the rim to improve material elongation withoutsacrificing the wheels hardness.

TS PROCESS
Heat treatment makes the aluminum wheel stronger and more resilient to stress. The TS Process makes the wheels more resistant to cracking when the wheels are put through extreme racing conditions. Wheels manufactured with the TS Process are made with the minimum amount of aluminum to make the wheels lighter while remaining strong and safe.
